What we collect and why
We collect personal information only when you give it to us or when you use the site. Here is each case.
Messages you send us
The contact form on this site, built with Tally, and email to hello@tallgrassinnovation.com.
Why: To reply to you.
Call bookings
Calendly, when you book a readiness call. It collects your name, email, chosen time, and any answers you give.
Why: To schedule and hold the call.
Sample scorecard requests
MailerLite, when you enter your email to receive the sample scorecards.
Why: To send you the samples and, if you opt in, occasional Insights posts.
How the site is used
Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and session replays. Both set cookies.
Why: To find and fix confusing pages. It does not record what you type into the embedded forms.
Basic server logs
Our host, Bluehost, logs requests such as IP address and browser type.
Why: To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used. Both set cookies, and Clarity may record your interactions with our pages. You can block cookies in your browser settings or with a tracking blocker, and the site works without them. The embedded forms from Tally, Calendly, and MailerLite are run by those companies and follow their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the site and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@tallgrassinnovation.com. We will reply within 30 days.
- Block cookies in your browser at any time.

This site is for business and government audiences and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and will change the date at the top.
