About

Two partners, one assessment, and no software to sell.

The partners

Paul Engerman

Leads the assessment and remediation work

Paul designs how organizations store, name, and secure their information in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. That is the foundation every AI tool depends on, so it is where most assessments find their biggest gaps.

He runs every assessment, writes the findings, and leads the remediation engagements that follow.

Tracy Engerman

Leads the local-government practice

Tracy leads the firm’s work with cities and counties and the public-sector relationships that come with it. She knows how a council packet is built, what a work session needs, and what residents ask.

She is the mayor of Castle Pines, Colorado, and serves on the board of the National League of Cities.

Why two partners

Companies and local governments both need to know where they stand on AI, but they decide differently. One of us knows the systems. The other knows the public room.

We grade what you have
The scorecard reflects your systems, records, and people as they are today, not the tool you hope to buy.
We do not sell software
No resale, no referral fees. When we say a tool is not ready for your data, we have no stake in the answer.
We write for the reader who was not in the room
Findings are plain enough for an owner, a board, or a council to act on without us there to explain them.
