Questions from company leaders
We are only 30 people. Is that too small?
No. Companies of 25 or more usually have enough accumulated files, sites, and permissions that the problems are real, and few enough people that the fixes finish quickly.
Who at our company needs to be involved?
One executive sponsor, whoever administers Microsoft 365, and two or three department leads for short interviews. About six hours in total.
Will you tell us which AI tool to buy?
We do not resell software or take referral fees. The scorecard tells you whether your data, direction, and people can support the tools you are considering.
What if we score badly?
Most first-time scores land between C+ and C-. That is normal, and the roadmap is the point: it shows which fixes come first.
