What sub-score 1.2 measures
Information architecture and findability asks three plain questions. Can a new employee find the current version of a policy in under a minute? Do sites and libraries follow a naming pattern anyone can explain? Are retired documents actually retired?
What a C- looks like
A C- on 1.2 usually means the tenant grew one migration at a time. Nobody owns the structure, so nobody prunes it.
The fix
The information architecture reset engagement takes four to six weeks and moves 1.2 to a B or better. It is the most common first engagement after an assessment, for companies and for Colorado cities alike.
