How to read your scorecard in five minutes
Start with the lowest pillar, then look for the sub-score dragging it down. That is your first fix.

Your scorecard has ten sub-scores, three pillar grades, and one overall grade. You do not need to read them in order.
Step one: find the lowest pillar
The pillar with the lowest letter is where your readiness is weakest. It is rarely the one people expect.
Step two: find the sub-score dragging it down
Inside that pillar, one sub-score is usually a full letter below the others. That is the first fix on your roadmap.
Step three: check the evidence
Every grade lists what we saw. If a finding surprises you, that is the most useful thing on the page. Ask us about it at the readout.
